Introduction

This is the snow melting and de-icing system by detecting temperature automatically, when ground frozen by snow fall and difference of temperature of ground surface. This heating cable has minimized harmful electro magnetic waves for desired anti-freezing area. This has various possible application systems for concrete and asphalt ground pavement. This system can offer to prevent safety accidents efficiently.

Connection & Junction Detail

Connection with Heating Cable and Cold lead Cable

Cut Cold Lead Cable meet enough length from Heating Cable to Junction Box and connect with heating cable together cold lead cable. At this moment, cold lead cable can be stacked together and insert it through Junction box and conduit pipe after arranging in order by holding with cable tie.

Cutting Construction

This is the method of heating cable burial by cutting of the concrete or asphalt face of the driveway, which way can shorten construction time to minimize No-passing time of driveway and we can expect further good heating efficiency than newly pavement case.

Stair construction

1. Available only for new construction, TSBP-S Heating Cable is used, and fixed rail or mat type construction.
2. Heating cable spacing should be 125mm and do not overlap.
3. The total thickness of the upper layer on the upper surface of the floor concrete shall be less than 80mm, and the cement mortar shall be packed within 20~30mm and marble within 20~50mm.
